Hiring a painter shouldn'tfeel like a gamble.

We put the price and the warranty in writing before we start— then we keep your home clean every evening and never collect the final balance until you've walked the finished job with us and you're 100% satisfied.

The No-Gamble Promise

Six promises. In writing. On every job.

Anyone can say "quality work." We'd rather hand you commitments you can hold us to — printed on every estimate we send, signed by the owner.

Your estimate, your walk-through, and your warranty all come from the same person — Ricardo Parra, owner.

How it works

You'll know what happens next. Always.

The estimate

We walk your project together

You show us what you're picturing. We measure, ask questions, and listen more than we talk. Free, and zero pressure.

The number

You get a fixed price in writing

One clear number with the scope and warranty spelled out. It only changes if you change the project.

The start

We schedule it — and show up

We set the start date together, and you always know what happens next.

The work

A clean home, every evening

Tarped, masked, vacuumed before we leave — tools stored in one agreed spot, never underfoot.

The hand-off

You inspect. Then you pay.

We walk the finished job together. The final payment is due only after that walk-through.

What we do

Three services. One standard.

Whatever the project, the promises don't change: a fixed number, a clean home, and a finish you signed off on yourself.

Three years on interiors
and exteriors. Five on cabinets.
In writing.

Arizona requires contractors to stand behind their work for two years. We put three in writing — interiors and exteriors — and five on cabinet refinishing, longer than anyone around here offers.

We can do that because of what happens before the paint: the degreasing, the sanding, the bonding primers, the products built for Arizona homes. The warranty isn't a marketing line — it's confidence in the prep you'll never see.

Workmanship warranty terms provided in writing with every estimate.

We're not a Phoenix-wide franchise chasing volume. Staying close means we show up on time, the owner is on your job, and we're ten minutes away if you ever need us after the work is done.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks

No. The price is fixed in writing before we start. The only thing that changes it is you — if you decide to add or change work, we price it first and nothing happens without your approval.

Never. The final balance isn't due until we've walked the finished job together and you're 100% satisfied. That walk-through is promise #4, on every estimate.

Our workmanship — the prep and the application. Three years on interiors and exteriors, five years on cabinet refinishing, with the terms in writing on your estimate. Arizona requires two years; we go beyond it because our prep earns it.

Livable. We protect everything before we open a can — tarped and masked — then clean up and vacuum every single evening, with tools stored in one agreed spot so they're never in your way.

Yes — Arizona ROC license #363664 (CR-34), bonded and insured. You can verify it yourself anytime at azroc.gov. Any contractor who hesitates to give you their license number is telling you something.

Know exactly what you're getting — before you spend a dollar.

Tell us about your project. You'll get a walk-through, a fixed price in writing, and zero pressure. The estimate is free either way.
